Soothing Bath for Irritated Skin: Add 200g of Dead Sea Salt to your (lukewarm) bath water, add a tablespoon of sodium bicarbonate and 10 drops of Organic Roman Chamomile Essential Oil along with three tablespoons of Organic Calendula Oil Macerate , then immerse yourself in the water for 30 minutes. Your skin will be soothed and visibly less red.

Saline Saturation: Dilute 3 tablespoons of Dead Sea Salt in 100ml of Roman Chamomile Floral Water then spray generously each area to be treated (body or face) so as to keep them wet for 10 minutes.
