Claims

Upon receiving the products, the buyer must carefully check their condition.
If an item does not match the product ordered or is damaged, the buyer has 48 hours to notify us by email at info@sodina.ch.

No merchandise returns will be accepted unless Sodina Cosmetics has given prior written approval. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. They must not have been opened or used. In such cases, the products will either be refunded or exchanged.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute and if no amicable resolution is reached, only the courts at the seller’s registered office shall have jurisdiction.
