Any order placed through the online store implies prior acceptance of these general terms and conditions, which apply to the exclusion of any other terms.

The offers presented on the site are valid while stocks last. Texts and photos illustrating the products are non-contractual.

Under no circumstances do the information, comments, or content presented on this website constitute a treatment recommendation (preventive or curative), a prescription, or a diagnosis, nor should they be interpreted as such.

While we take great care to ensure the accuracy of the information provided on this website, the distributing company, its employees, managers, and directors cannot be held liable for the consequences of misuse or improper storage of products, and no claims for damages will be accepted for any potential harm caused to the user or third parties.

Pricing

Products are sold at the prices in effect at the time of order. Prices are expressed in Swiss Francs (CHF), including all taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time and without prior notice.

Shipping and Packaging Fees

Shipping and packaging costs are:

• CHF 6.95 for B Mail via Swiss Post

• CHF 8.95 for A Mail via Swiss Post

Goods shipped by post travel at the buyer’s risk.

Delivery times depend on the postal service and are not binding. They cannot give rise to any claim for compensation.

In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to withhold any new shipments until full payment of outstanding invoices has been received.

Payment Methods

You choose a payment method when completing the order form.

We accept payments by credit card, bank transfer, or TWINT.

Goods remain the property of Sodina Cosmetics until full payment of the invoice is received.

Claims

Upon receiving the products, the buyer must check their condition immediately.
If a product does not match the order or is in poor condition, the buyer must inform us within 48 hours by email at info@sodina.ch.

No product returns will be accepted unless Sodina Cosmetics has given prior written consent.
Returned products must be in their original packaging and condition, and must not be opened or used.
In such cases, the products will be refunded or exchanged.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, and if no amicable resolution is reached, only the courts at the seller’s registered office have jurisdiction.
