To soothe irritations and irritating dandruff, once a week before yournatural shampooMassage the scalp in circular motions for 5 minutes with your Organic Nigella Oil and leave for an hour. Rinse thoroughly with clean water before shampooing.

Daily Skin Nutrition

Apply morning and/or evening to clean, dry skin, massaging in circular motions until completely absorbed.

Anti-Acne Face Massage

Once a week, in the evening, apply about fifteen drops of organic Nigella Oil to the entire face and neck, then massage in circular motions until completely absorbed (about 5 minutes). Repeat twice in a row. Replaces the mask and your usual night care that day. For greater effectiveness, use aFacial Roll-Onin Gem. To go further, you can add 3 drops ofCopaiba oil
