The morning

Step 1, purify the skin with Damask Rose Floral Water

Do not clean your skin with soap, instead use your floral water in reasonable quantity before wiping your skin with a clean cotton pad.

Key Points
You shouldn't use facial cleanser in the morning. During the night, the skin rehydrates properly, and upon waking, soap strips away all the hard-earned moisture and dulls the skin. Moreover, after simply sleeping in bed, the skin is not dirty and does not require washing; it can be refreshed simply with tap water.

After using tap water, always spray your skin with floral water and then pat it dry with a clean cotton pad. This removes excess minerals (limestone, phosphorus, chlorine, etc.) from the skin's surface to limit dehydration and weakening of the skin barrier.

Disposable cotton pads should not be used; they are full of endocrine disruptors and bleaching agents that aggravate skin problems. It's better to use washable and reusable cotton pads, an economical and environmentally friendly tip that's part of our Zero Waste goal.

Step 2, Hydrate with Pure Hyaluronic Acid Serum

After wiping off your floral water, distribute four drops of Pure Hyaluronic Acid Serum over your entire face and neck. Massage in circular motions until completely absorbed, including around the eyes.

Moisturizing Serum, before day cream, is an essential step because it helps maintain skin hydration throughout the day. It promotes skin regeneration and greatly reduces the risk of spots or scars appearing. Well-hydrated skin is better protected against external aggressions and this strongly supports its immunity.

Taking the time to massage your serum is an integral part of the treatment; it stimulates circulation, tones the skin, and evens out the complexion. You should always apply a cream after your hydrating serum to ensure moisture retention; otherwise, the skin will quickly dry out and the serum will lose its effectiveness.

Step 3, Nourish and protect with High Regeneration Cream - Organic Prickly Pear

After massaging your Hyaluronic Acid until it is completely absorbed, spread a small amount of High Regeneration Cream over the entire face and neck, then massage in a circular motion, avoiding the eye area.

Key Points
Day cream helps seal in the skin's moisture. It's a persistent phase that, unlike an oil, leaves a lasting veil on the surface to boost the hydrolipidic film. It's therefore much more suitable for daytime care than an oil!

The skin on the face is thicker and more productive than the skin around the eyes, so a face cream is never suitable for the eyelids. For this reason, it is advisable to use a specific eye cream.

The evening

Step 1, Cleanse skin with Ultra-Gentle Cleansing Gel

To begin, use a simple oil phase like Organic Apricot Oil or our Fresh Rose Cleansing Balm all over your face. Rinse well, then wash your skin with our Ultra-Gentle Cleansing Gel, massaging in circular motions before thoroughly removing all the soap. Then, wipe your skin with your Organic Damask Rose Floral Water to remove any residual minerals.

Key Points
A makeup remover is not a cleanser and vice versa. After removing makeup, the skin is dirty and needs to be cleansed. Even without makeup, you need to cleanse your skin at night because, unfortunately, we live in a polluted world.

Never use micellar water; it weakens the skin considerably and worsens redness and imperfections. Water isn't supposed to remove makeup; it's oil that removes it. Therefore, avoid water-based makeup removers.

Even high-quality soap should not be left on the skin as it may dehydrate it. Minimal exposure time is required. Apply - Massage - Rinse.

Step 2, Nourish the skin with Organic Prickly Pear Seed Oil

After wiping off your floral water, distribute four drops of Organic Prickly Pear Seed Oil over your entire face, neck, and eye area. Massage in a circular motion until completely absorbed.

Key Points
Much more concentrated in active ingredients than a day cream, the oil helps to nourish the skin well at the time of its active regeneration (at night). It is more effective than cream in the long term and only a few drops are enough.

Don't be afraid of oil, even if you have acne, even if your skin is oily! Using oil at night helps reassure the sebaceous glands and promotes their regulation. Counterintuitively, it helps degrease the skin during the day.
