Directions for use

Take a reasonable amount of balm, warm it for a few moments in your hands and massage the affected area(s), in a circular motion until it is absorbed. Apply to clean, dry skin several timestimes a day and during severe irritating episodes up to six times a day.

Contains essential oils, not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women or children under eight years old. In this case, we recommendSoothing Balm without Essential Oils.
