The costs

The products are sold at the prices in effect at the time of the order. These are expressed in CHF and all taxes included. We reserve the right to modify the prices in our catalog at any time and without notice.

Shipping and packaging costs

The shipping and packaging costs are set at CHF 6.95 for a B mail shipment by Swiss Post and CHF 8.95 for a A mail shipment.

Goods shipped by post travel at the buyer's risk.

Delivery times depend on the postal service and are not binding on us in any way. They cannot give rise to claims for damages on our part.

In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to withhold shipment of any new order until full payment of outstanding invoices.

Payment Terms

You choose one of the payment methods offered when you complete the order form.

We accept payments by credit card, bank transfer or TWINT.

The goods remain the property of Sodina Cosmetics until full payment of the invoice.

Complaints

Upon receipt of the products, the buyer must imperatively check their condition.
If an item does not correspond to the product ordered or if its condition is not compliant, the buyer has 48 hours to inform us by email at info@sodina.ch .

No return of merchandise is accepted unless Sodina Cosmetics. has given prior written consent. The products must be returned in their original packaging and in the state in which they were received. They must not have been opened or used. The products will then be refunded or exchanged.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, in the absence of an amicable agreement, only the courts of the seller's registered office shall have jurisdiction.
