Complaints

Upon receipt of the products, the buyer must imperatively check their condition.
If an item does not correspond to the product ordered or if its condition is not compliant, the buyer has 48 hours to inform us by email at info@sodina.ch .

No return of merchandise is accepted unless Sodina Cosmetics. has given prior written consent. The products must be returned in their original packaging and in the state in which they were received. They must not have been opened or used. The products will then be refunded or exchanged.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, in the absence of an amicable agreement, only the courts of the seller's registered office shall have jurisdiction.
